教育中数据主义的生成逻辑与双重效应*

摘要:

教育中的数据主义是一种定量导向的教育评估方式,数据至上的教育思维模式,算法驱动的教育决策范式。由于万物互联导致全球数据洪流产生,信息技术提升教育数据处理效能,教育问题促发教育数据价值凸显,行业领域树立数据驱动实践榜样,智能趋势激发教育数据使用热情等因素,教育数据变得有源流、有根基、有需求、有示范、有前景,最终使教育中的数据主义孕育而生。教育中数据主义的张扬具有双重效应,表现在教育数据自身是真实还是虚假,教育数据表征维度是整体还是局部,教育数据采集是合规行径还是安全威胁,数据驱动教学实践是计算还是算计,教育数据智能旨在帮助还是控制。为规避教育中数据主义的负面效应和技术陷阱,应坚守正直纯正的教育数据使用动机,倡导数据理性与主观感性双轮驱动,优化教育工作者的数据素养能力建设。

Abstract:

Datalism in education is a quantitative-oriented educational evaluation method, a data-based educational thinking mode, and an algorithm-driven education decision-making paradigm. Based on the fact that the interconnection of all things leads to the global data flood,information technology expands the efficiency of education data processing,education issues highlight the value of education data,the industry sets a good data-driven example,and the intelligent trend heats up the enthusiasm of education data use,datalism in education came into being finally,because of its resources, foundation,demand, demon-stration and prospect. The publicity of dataism in education has dual effects, which is reflected in whether the educational data itself is true or false, whether the representation dimension of educational data is the whole or part, whether the collection of educational data is a compliance act or a security threat, whether the data-driven teaching practice is a calculation or a conspiracy, education data intelligence is designed to help or control. In order to avoid the negative effects and technical traps of datalism in education,we should stick to the honest and pure motivation of education data use,advocate the two-wheel drive of data rationality and subjective sensibility,and optimize the construction of educators’data literacy.
