制度与文化相互关系中的大学治理*

摘要：

大学治理需要完善的制度,也需要良好的文化,制度和文化是大学治理的两座基石。制度与文化存在相互嵌入、相互影响、相互转化的关系。在制度与文化相互关系中审视大学治理可以发现,大学制度建设缺乏相应的文化基础,大学文化建设忽略与制度的关系,大学制度与大学文化的沟通机制缺失。要想在制度与文化相互关系中推进大学治理,还需要在制度与文化互动关系中认识大学治理,立足中国特色来建立独特的大学文化,以文化为基推动大学制度建设。

Abstract:

University governance requires a sound institution and a good culture. Institution and culture are the two cornerstones of university governance. There is a relationship of mutual embedding, mutual restriction and mutual transformation between institutions and culture. Examining university governance in the relationship between system and culture, it can be found that the construction of university system lacks the corresponding cultural foundation, the construction of university culture ignores the relationship with the system, and there is a lack of communication mechanism between university system and university culture. In order to promote university governance in the relationship between system and culture, it is also necessary to understand university governance in the interactive relationship between system and culture, establish a unique university culture based on Chinese characteristics, and promote the construction of university system based on culture.
