高校思想政治理论课的困境及其突围*

摘要:

高校思想政治理论课对落实“立德树人”根本任务、保证社会主义办学方向以及提升高校人才培养质量具有不可取代的重要作用。当前,思想政治理论课存在自身受重视不足与建设乏力、课程实施转化不畅等现实困境。为有效破解思想政治理论课的现实困境,必须跳出固有狭隘视域,从高校人才培养的系统高位去分析与审视思想政治理论课陷入困境的深层原因,从而采取如下破局之策:加强高校人才培养的顶层设计思维;守持“育人为本”的核心使命;坚持“立德树人”的价值引领;明确细化各层级培养目标。

Abstract:

The ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities play an irreplaceable and important role in implementing the fundamental task of Cultivating Morality and Cultivating People, ensuring the direction of socialist education, and improving the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities. At present, there are practical difficulties such as insufficient attention, weak construction, and poor course implementation and transformation in the course of political theory. In order to effectively solve the practical dilemma of ideological and political theory courses, it is necessary to jump out of the inherent narrow vision, and analyze and examine the deep reasons for the difficulties of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities systematically. Therefore, the following measures should be taken to break the situation. First, to strengthen the top-level design thinking of talent training in colleges and universities. Second, adhere to the core mission of “education-oriented”. Third, stick to the value guidance of Cultivating Morality and Cultivating People. Finally, to clarify and refine the training objectives at all levels.
