高水平综合大学毕业新手教师职业适应研究*

摘要:

高水平综合大学毕业生从教虽已渐成趋势,但其职业适应仍面临诸多挑战,而相关研究却严重不足。本研究综合运用问卷调查法和访谈法,发现高水平综合大学毕业的新手教师职业适应状况较好,但不同群体教师职业适应差异较大。其中,师范院校毕业生职业适应优于高水平综合大学非师范毕业生,并且毕业学校层次越高、学历越高的新手教师适应性越弱。高水平综合大学毕业新手教师优势明显,如事业心强、学科知识丰富和学习能力强,但从教准备明显不足,如缺乏关于学生的知识、教学法知识、教育知识和教育实践感等。促进高水平综合大学毕业新手教师职业适应,政府层面需要加强教师教育体系建设,完善高水平综合大学教师培养体系,任教学校层面要营造新手教师职业适应的支持环境,新手教师要提高成为反思性实践者和探究者的意识和能力。

Abstract:

Although graduates from high-level comprehensive universities are increasingly entering the teaching profession, their career adaptation still faces many challenges, and relevant research remains insufficient. Using both questionnaires and interviews, this study finds that novice teachers graduating from high-level comprehensive universities generally show a relatively good level of career adaptation, but significant differences exist among different groups. Graduates from normal universities demonstrate better career adaptation than non-normal graduates from high-level comprehensive universities. Moreover, novice teachers from higher-level universities and with higher academic degrees tend to show weaker adaptation. Novice teachers graduating from high-level comprehensive universities have clear advantages, such as strong career commitment, rich disciplinary knowledge, and strong learning ability, but they are insufficiently prepared for teaching, particularly in knowledge of students, pedagogical knowledge, educational knowledge, and practical teaching experience. To promote their career adaptation, the government should strengthen the teacher education system and improve teacher preparation in high-level comprehensive universities; employing schools should create a supportive environment for novice teachers’ career adaptation; and novice teachers should enhance their awareness and ability to become reflective practitioners and inquirers.
