高等教育虚拟国际化模式创新:协作式在线国际学习的理念内涵与实践路向*

摘要:

作为虚拟国际化的一种模式创新,协作式在线国际学习以联通主义、社会建构主义,以及群际接触理论为基础,强调在线学习的知识创生、协作学习的参与体验、国际学习的文化交互。从国际视野来看,世界各国、各国际组织正逐步将协作式在线国际学习纳入其教育国际化实践中,通过制定针对性战略规划明确发展方向,依托多层次组织优化促进制度对接,以课程设计为核心推进项目实施,以数字赋能支撑国际化提质增效,多措并举推动其有效落地。但其发展仍面临战略定位存在差异、协调机制有待优化、教师专业能力相对不足、技术适配亟须提升等现实挑战。面向未来,我国应着力为协作式在线国际学习提供支持与保障,深度挖掘“物理+虚拟”混合交流的教育潜力,促进高等教育国际要素的聚合与创新。

Abstract:

As a model innovation in virtual internationalization, collaborative online international learning is grounded in connectivism, social constructivism, and intergroup contact theory. It emphasizes knowledge creation in online learning, participatory experience in collaborative learning, and cultural interaction in international learning. From an international perspective, countries and international organizations are gradually incorporating collaborative online international learning into their practices of educational internationalization. They promote its implementation through targeted strategic planning, multi-level organizational coordination, curriculum-centered project design, and digital empowerment to enhance the quality and effectiveness of internationalization. However, its development still faces practical challenges, including differences in strategic positioning, insufficient coordination mechanisms, limited teachers’ professional competence, and the need for better technological adaptation. Looking ahead, China should strengthen support and safeguards for collaborative online international learning, fully explore the educational potential of blended physical and virtual exchange, and promote the integration and innovation of international elements in higher education.
