新课标视野下教师核心素养的构成及发展路径*

The Composition and Development Path of Teachers’ Core Literacy Under the Vision of the New Curriculum Standard

摘要:

教师具备核心素养是落实课标要求的内生动力,也是教师追求专业发展的内在诉求。教师作为课程改革的重要成员,需要根据新课标的要求提升专业素养,以筑牢教育大计之根本。基于对2022年版义务教育课程方案和课程标准的特点及文本内容的分析,经过关键词句的挖掘、归纳和梳理,提出新课标视野下教师核心素养包含必备品格和关键能力两个层面,由思想政治素养、课程创生素养、教学素养和信息技术素养等四个核心要素所构成。教师核心素养各构成要素既有自身独特的意涵而又彼此内在关联、相互影响、相辅相成。新课标视野下教师核心素养的发展,可以通过组建教师专业学习社群、增强教师的反思性实践、优化教师在岗培训、完善考核评价制度等路径来实现。

Abstract:

The possession of core literacy by teachers is the endogenous motivation for implementing the requirements of curriculum standards,and it is also the inherent desire of teachers to pursue professional development. As an important member of the curriculum reform,teachers need to improve their professional quality according to the requirements of the new curriculum standards to lay the foundation for the overall education plan. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and text content of the 2022 edition of the compulsory education curriculum plan and curriculum standards,and through the excavation,induction and combing of key words and sentences,it is proposed that the core literacy of teachers under the vision of the new curriculum standards includes two levels:essential character and key abilities,which is composed of four core elements:ideological and political literacy,curriculum creation literacy,teaching literacy and information technology literacy. Each component of teachers’core literacy not only has its unique meaning,but is also intrinsically related,mutually influencing and complementing each other. In order to promote the development of teachers’core literacy under the perspective of the new curriculum standards,it can be achieved by establishing teachers’professional learning communities,enhancing teachers’reflective practice,optimizing teachers’on-the-job training,and improving the assessment and evaluation system.
