家校合作中的冲突:功能、起因及应对

摘要:

家校冲突是家校合作过程中的普遍现象,能够为我们反思与改进家校合作提供契机。导致家校冲突的原因是多元的,不可一概而论:有利益冲突,有权力冲突,有角色期望与感知的冲突,有沟通冲突。应对之策:修正观念偏差,采取差异化的家校冲突应对方式;建立健全法规制度,平衡教师的专业自主权和家长的教育参与权;提升家校沟通质量,重建教师和家长的信任关系;完善教师教育和家长教育,开展家校沟通培训指导。

Abstract:

Home-school conflict is a common phenomenon in the process of home-school cooperation, which can provide us with an opportunity to reflect on and improve home-school cooperation. The causes of home-school conflicts are diverse and cannot be generalized: there are conflicts of interest, conflicts of power, conflicts of role expectations and perceptions, and conflicts of communication. Countermeasures include: correcting biased ideas and adopting differentiated ways to deal with home-school conflicts; establishing a sound legal system to balance teachers’ professional autonomy and parents’ right to participate in education; improving the quality of home-school communication and rebuilding the relationship of trust between teachers and parents; Improve teacher education and parent education, and carry out home-school communication training and guidance.
