美国教育软实力提升的路径选择及启示*

The Choice, Path and Enlightenment of American Educational Soft Power

摘要:

美国在当今世界霸主地位的确立和维护,依靠的不仅是强大的军事和经济硬实力,还有教育软实力的改革与推行。基于时代价值、内生动力和文化战略等维度,美国把发展教育作为提升软实力的重点,对内通过爱国主义教育塑造文化价值观,对外构建全面性教育发展战略和推进教育国际化深度融合来实现了美国软实力的提升。美国教育软实力的实施路径启示我国在提升软实力的进程中,要注重民族传统文化的薪火相传、国家顶层设计的改革创新、人才培养经费的精准投放和推行教育国际化的多元与融合。

Abstract:

The establishment and maintenance of American hegemony in today’s world depends not only on the strong military and economic hard power, but also on the reform and implementation of educational soft power. Based on the value of the times, the endogenous dynamics and the cultural strategy, the United States regards the development of education as the focus of the promotion of soft power. Shaping the cultural values at home by patriotic education, constructing comprehensive education development strategy and promoting deep integration of Education Internationalization abroad have realized the Promotion of American soft power. The implementation path of American educational soft power enlightens our country in the process of promoting soft power.Therefore, we should pay attention to passing on national traditional culture, the reform and innovation of National top-level design, the precise investment of talent training funds and the diversification and integration of education internationalization.
