新时代师范生理想信念教育的课程体系研究*

摘要:

新时代师范生理想信念教育,是我国师范教育面对“百年未有之大变局”,基于师范生的根本特性和历史使命及现实不足而做出的及时回应。课程视角下师范生理想信念教育的现实不足表现为,“思政课”存在师范特色缺失和理想信念教育知识化倾向,“其他各类课程”存在不同程度的“求知”与“立德”疏离现象,“教育实践”存在偏重教学实践和忽视职业体验问题。课程理念滞后和思维的惯性是问题形成的主要原因。重构育人为本的师范生课程体系,是实现新时代师范生理想信念教育常态化、制度化的现实路径。为此,需要在现有思政课基础上构建师范生理想信念教育核心课程,以课程思政理念打造师范生理想信念教育主干课程,深化师范生理想信念教育实践课程。形成以直接体现理想信念内容的“师范生思政课”为核心,以间接体现理想信念精神的“师范生课程思政”为主干,以突出理想信念体验的“师范生教育实践”为实训和检验方式的课程统一体。

Abstract:

The ideal and belief education of normal university students in the new era is a timely response to the “unprecedented change in a hundred years” in China’s normal education, based on their fundamental characteristics, historical mission and realistic deficiencies. From the perspective of curriculum, the actual weakness of the ideal and belief education of normal university students in the new era can be presented as the lack of teacher-training feature in ideological and political course, the tendency of knowledge-oriented education of ideal and belief, the alienation between knowledge-seeking and morality-building of varying degrees in other kinds of courses, and the problems of emphasizing teaching practice and neglecting professional experience in educational practice. The lag of curriculum concept and inertia thinking are the main reasons of these problems. Reconstructing the education-oriented curriculum system is the practical approach to realize the normalization and institutionalization of the ideal and belief education of normal university students in the new era. Therefore, it is necessary to construct core courses of ideal and belief teaching for normal students on the basis of existing ideological and political courses, and build the main course with ideological and political ideas, and deepen the practice course of the ideal and belief education for normal university students. The aim is to form a curriculum unity, with ideological and political courses that directly embody ideal and belief as the core, and curriculums that indirectly reflect the spirit of ideal and belief as the main task, and the practice of teacher training which highlights the ideal and belief experience as the method of training and testing.
