高等教育普及化后的中—大“段差”:一个概念及分析框架*

The Educational “Gap” Alienating High Schools and Colleges After Higher Education Universalization:A Concept and its Analytical Framework

摘要:

大学本科教育质量与高中教育之间的关系日益为教育学界所关注。本研究从我国高等教育普及化视域下的本科教育现实出发,指出我国本科教育质量尚未跟上规模扩张的脚步。本科低年级学生在认知能力、知识基础、学习技能与管理、身份选择与认同等方面的“失调”问题,是从高中迈入大学后不明晰大学组织使命、不适应大学社群行动的结果。高等教育发展进入普及化阶段后是世界各国探讨和解决中—大衔接问题的关键期。为了更清晰地分析当前我国中—大衔接的关键节点,本研究提出并详解中—大“段差”的概念,通过对该概念内涵的深入剖析,形成一个解释我国当前高中与大学本科教育弱衔接现实问题的分析框架,以便为我国本科、高中教育质量的双向改进提供建议。

Abstract:

The relationship between the quality of undergraduate education and high school reforms has aroused increasing concern in the educational academia. Starting from the reality of undergraduate education from the perspective of the popularization of higher education in China, this research points out that the quality of undergraduate education in China has not been kept in pace with the pace of scale expansion. The“disarticulation”of lower-grade college students in cognitive abilities, knowledge base, learning skills and management, and identity choice and formation is the result of not clearing the mission of the college organization and not adapting to the norms of the college community. When the development of higher education has reached the phase of universal access, it is critical for countries around the world to discuss and solve the problem on articulation of secondary and higher education. In order to more clearly identify the current cruxes of Chinese high-school and college articulation, this research proposes and elaborates the concept of“Educational Gap”alienating colleges and high schools. And an analytical framework is formed to explain the current weak link between high-school and undergraduate education in China, so as to provide suggestions for the two-way quality improvement for both sides.
