职业教育高质量发展的基础与方向*

摘要:

职业教育高质量发展是应对当前经济产业结构转型升级的教育举措。当前职业教育走上了自上而下的变革之路,基于职业院校学生陷入阶层再生产危机,并呈现出“琐碎自由人”的现实样态,变革成为职业教育高质量发展的应有之义。明确职业教育高质量发展的内在标尺,要以职业胜任力为基点提升个体职业获得感,以职业精神的浸润生发个体职业意义感,并在职业经验的积累过程中助力个体自我感的建立。提升职业教育发展性品质必然要着眼于确立“自由而负责的现代职业人”的育人目标,变革学科导向、工种类别的课程结构,推进“经验转化”的实践性教学改革,构建校企各尽其责的现代学徒制,进而构成职业教育改革的整体框架。

Abstract:

High quality development of vocational education is an educational measure to cope with the transformation and upgrading of the current economic industrial structure. The current vocational education has embarked on a top-down road of reform, based on the fact that vocational school students are caught in a class reproduction crisis and present the reality of “trivial free people”, and reform has become the intended meaning of the high-quality development of vocational education. To clarify the internal scale of the high-quality development of vocational education, it is necessary to enhance the individual’s sense of vocational acquisition based on vocational competence, to develop individual vocational sense of meaning with the infiltration of vocational spirit, and to help the establishment of individual sense of self in the process of vocational experience. To improve the developmental quality of vocational education, it is necessary to focus on the educational goal of “free and responsible modern professionals”, changing the subject-oriented and job-type curriculum structure, promoting the practical teaching of “experience-oriented”, and building a modern apprenticeship in which schools and businesses do their best, so as to constitute the overall framework of vocational education reform.
