摘要：

建设教育强国,龙头是高等教育。高等教育作为我国教育系统不可或缺的组成部分,在推进教育强国建设的进程中具有极其重要且有别于其他教育子系统的独特作用。从高等教育在我国教育强国建设中的功能定位来看,其龙头作用主要体现为引领作用、支撑作用和驱动作用的复合统一。基于“本体强化-价值外显-认同形塑”的整合性分析框架,我国高等教育在教育强国建设中的作用机理及其行动逻辑主要体现在三个层面。在本体论层面,通过构建高质量教育体系,为教育强国建设发挥全局性统摄引领作用。在价值论层面,增强高素质人才培养能力,为教育强国建设夯实人才储备;提升教育产出效益与涵养科学创新精神,为教育强国建设提供驱动引擎。在认同论层面,深化教育服务与社会贡献,为教育强国建设增强人民认同;提升国际竞争力与影响力,为教育强国建设凝聚全球共识。

Abstract:

In the construction of a powerful nation of education, higher education serves as the leading force. As an indispensable component of the national education system, it plays a distinctive and pivotal role that differentiates it from other educational subsystems. In terms of its functional positioning, its leading role is reflected in the integrated unity of guiding, supporting, and driving functions. Based on an integrative analytical framework of “ontological strengthening-value externalization-identity formation,” the functional mechanism and action logic of higher education in the construction of a powerful nation of education can be understood at three levels. At the ontological level, higher education exerts an overarching guiding role by fostering a high-quality education system. At the value level, it enhances the capacity for cultivating high-quality talent, consolidates the talent base, improves educational output efficiency, and nurtures innovation, thereby providing a driving force for the construction of a powerful nation of education. At the identity level, it deepens educational service and social contribution to strengthen public recognition, while enhancing international competitiveness and influence to build global consensus for the construction of a powerful nation of education.
