Reform and Reconstruction of University Teaching Methods Based on Thinking Ability Cultivation

摘要:

大学生思维能力的系统性培养,已成为数智时代创新人才培养的核心命题。本研究基于“目标-内容-主体”三维框架,构建了面向思维能力培养的大学教学方法体系:目标维坚持知识掌握、能力发展与价值塑造的辩证统一,确立以批判与创新思维培养为核心的全人教育逻辑;内容维立足学科特质,分别强化自然科学实证思维、社会科学批判思维与人文学科价值思维的差异化培养,并在跨学科对话中实现统合;主体维揭示了从外源驱动的讲授主导到内生发展的自学主导这一教学范式转型的内在逻辑。教学方法变革需要建立试验探索、科学研究和制度保障相协同的支持系统,其本质是通过重构“知识”“思维”“价值”相融合的教育生态,推动高等教育从知识传授向思维培养的根本性转变。

Abstract:

The Systematic Cultivation of University Students’ Thinking Skills has become the Core Proposition for Innovative Talent Development in the Digital-Intelligent Era. Based on a three-dimensional framework of “objective-content-subject”,this study constructs a university teaching methodology oriented toward the cultivation of thinking ability. In the objective dimension,it upholds the dialectical unity of knowledge acquisition,competence development,and value formation,establishing a holistic educational logic centered on the cultivation of critical and creative thinking. In the content dimension,it highlights the disciplinary characteristics and strengthens differentiated cultivation of empirical thinking in the natural sciences,critical thinking in the social sciences,and value-oriented thinking in the humanities,while achieving integration through interdisciplinary dialogue. In the subject dimension,it reveals the internal logic of a pedagogical paradigm shift from externally driven,lecture-based instruction to internally motivated,self-directed learning. The reform of teaching methods requires a collaborative support system integrating experimental exploration,scientific research, and institutional safeguards. Its essence lies in reconstructing an educational ecosystem that integrates knowledge,thinking,and values,thereby promoting a fundamental transformation of higher education from knowledge transmission to the cultivation of thinking. This transformation is not only a strategic response to the challenges of the digital-intelligent era but also an essential pathway to realizing the true nature of education.
