“内源取向”支持体系赋能县域教师高质量专业发展研究*

Research on“Endogenous Orientation”Support System for Empowering High-Quality Professional Development of County Teachers

摘要:

构建服务体系支持县域教师专业发展,最终目的在于实现县域教师内源式自主专业发展。本研究立足于我国县域实际,借鉴学习支持服务理念,引入“教育情怀”与“教育家精神”等本土文化概念,遵循从“外部兴发”到“内部生发”的内在逻辑,构建了具有中国特色的“内源取向”县域教师专业发展支持服务体系。该体系以教师学习者为中心,以情怀涵育为根本动力,以协同支持为关键,以信息技术赋能为优势,以高质量教师专业发展为旨归。进一步加强县域教师专业发展支持服务体系建设,需强化内生动力,促进县域教师专业发展由外源主导向内源主导转变;培育县域强师,推动县域教师教育由传统型向数字型转化;重视理论价值,实现学习支持服务理论由引入借鉴向本土创生转换。

Abstract:

The ultimate goal of building a support service system for county teachers is to enable their endogenous and autonomous professional development. Grounded in the practical context of county areas in China,this study draws on the concept of learning support services, incorporates indigenous cultural notions such as“educational commitment”and the“spirit of the educator”, and follows the intrinsic logic of transformation from external stimulation to internal growth. It thus constructs a support service system for teacher professional development in county areas with Chinese characteristics and an endogenous orientation,which is learner-centered,driven fundamentally by educational commitment,characterized by collaborative support,empowered by information technology,and ultimately aimed at achieving high-quality teacher professional development. To further enhance the support service system for teacher professional development in county areas,it is necessary to strengthen endogenous motivation and promote the shift from externally driven to internally driven development;to cultivate strong local teaching forces and advance the transformation of teacher education in county areas from traditional to digital models;and to emphasize theoretical value by shifting the learning support service theory from external introduction to indigenous innovation.
