跨学科知识互动视角下拔尖创新人才培养的运行逻辑与优化路径*

摘要:

随着高等教育强国建设与高等教育改革的持续深化,单一的学科教育模式已不适应当前的知识生产和社会发展。跨学科教育、知识融合、创新能力等正成为卓越人才培养的关注焦点,进而引发关于跨学科视角下拔尖创新人才培养路径的新讨论。从跨学科知识互动视角理解拔尖创新人才培养,有助于更好地认识当前人才培养过程中存在的运行逻辑、现实困境与突破路径。本研究根据知识互动理论,从空间、制度、组织三方面确立了分析框架,并剖析了拔尖创新人才培养在实践中存在的互动空间分散化、制度设计依赖化以及组织结构惰性化等问题。针对现实的困境,利用系统性思维提出拔尖创新人才培养的优化策略,以期为我国跨学科拔尖创新人才的培养提供新启发。

Abstract:

With the ongoing advancement of building a strong higher education system and the deepening of higher education reforms,the single-discipline education model can no longer adapt to the current knowledge production and social development. Interdisciplinary education,knowledge integration and innovation ability are becoming the focus of the cultivation of outstanding talents,which leads to new discussions on pathways for developing top innovative talents from an interdisciplinary perspective. Understanding the cultivation of top innovative talents from the perspective of interdisciplinary knowledge interaction is helpful to better understand the internal logic,real-world challenges,and possible breakthrough pathways in current talent development practices. Based on the theory of knowledge interaction,this paper establishes an analytical framework from three aspects:space,institution,and organization. It further analyzes practical issues in the cultivation of top innovative talents,including the fragmentation of interaction spaces,overreliance on institutional design,and inertia within organizational structures. In response to the existing challenges,this study employs systemic thinking to propose optimization strategies for the cultivation of top innovative talents,aiming to provide new insights for interdisciplinary talent development in China.
