以体育美:学校体育的价值意蕴与创新实践*

Cultivating Aesthetic Values Through Physical Education: The Value and Innovative Practices of School-Based Physical Education

摘要:

学校教育以“立德树人”为根本任务,在实践中强调“五育融合”,切实提升学生的核心素养。以体育美是在学校教育的开展过程中,基于融合课程的一种教学理念,就是以体育课程为载体对学生实施审美教育,挖掘体育运动中所蕴含的形态美、和谐美、竞技美、力量美等美学元素,实现体育教学中的美育价值。当前,学校以体育美实施过程中尚存在诸多问题与困境,因此,改善学校育人环境,提升以体育美的实效性需要从以下几方面入手:构建以体育美的课程体系,推动教师审美素养的提升;创新以体育美的教学模式,推动体育评价方式的改革;营造校园育美环境,综合提升美育浸润成效。

Abstract:

School education regards fostering virtue through education as its fundamental mission,and in practice emphasizes Five Education Integration to effectively enhance students’core competencies. Cultivating beauty through sports is a pedagogical concept within school education based on integrated curricula. It refers to the use of physical education as a medium for implementing aesthetic education,by exploring aesthetic elements inherent in sports—such as the beauty of form,harmony, competition,and strength—to realize the aesthetic value embedded in physical education. At present,the implementation of cultivating beauty through sports in schools still faces numerous challenges and difficulties. Therefore,improving the educational environment and enhancing the effectiveness of cultivating beauty through sports requires efforts in the following aspects:constructing a curriculum system centered on cultivating beauty through sports and promoting the improvement of teachers’aesthetic literacy;innovating teaching models and advancing reforms in physical education assessment;and creating an aesthetically enriching campus environment to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of aesthetic education immersion.
