内容创造:面向人工智能时代的育师之路*

Content Creation: The Path of Teacher Development in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

摘要:

在人类智能与机器智能共生的时代,教师面临着更为复杂的职业挑战,如全息智能网络对教师的认知能力提出挑战,知识理解视域超出了主流认知范畴,知识迭代速度领先于知识传授速度等。为此,通过内容创造重塑教师角色,使其从传统的内容传授者转变为内容创造者,是培育机器智能时代“强师”的破题之机。内容创造遵循以传统知识的再内化拓展理解深度、以理论知识的再生产优化主观认知、以实践知识的再表达联结客观世界的逻辑机理,重新赋予教师教育全新的生命力。展望人工智能时代的美好未来,教师教育应融入机器智能的思维和技术,通过建立课前、课中、课后全周期动态评价制度体系,完善教师、师范生、学者三者的协同整合方式,孵化集知识、情境、应用于一体的实战化的高质量创新组织,打造真正面向“未来人”和“创新人”培养的评价模式。

Abstract:

In the era of the symbiosis of human intelligence and machine intelligence, teachers are facing more complex professional challenges, such as holographic intelligent networks pose challenges to teachers’ cognitive abilities, the scope of knowledge understanding exceeds the scope of mainstream cognition, and the speed of knowledge iteration exceeds the speed of knowledge transfer. Therefore, reshaping the role of teachers through content creation, transforming them from traditional content transmitters to content creators, is a breakthrough opportunity to cultivate “strong teachers” in the era of machine intelligence. Content creation follows the logical mechanism of expanding the depth of understanding through the re-internalization of traditional knowledge, optimizing subjective cognition through the reproduction of theoretical knowledge, and connecting the objective world through the re-expression of practical knowledge, thus re-endowing teacher education with new vitality. Looking forward to the bright future of the era of artificial intelligence, teacher education should incorporate the thinking and technology of machine intelligence. By establishing a full-cycle dynamic evaluation system before, during, and after class, it is necessary to improve the collaborative integration of teachers, normal school students, and scholars, incubate practical, high-quality innovation organizations that integrate knowledge, context, and application, and create an evaluation model that is truly aimed at the cultivation of “future people” and “innovative people”.
