促进地方与全球发展的当代大学社会责任研究*

摘要：

在新的全球化时代,高等教育与当代世界经济、社会和全球环境有着更为复杂而广泛的联系。当代大学在服务地方与国家社会发展需要的基础上,朝着积极履行促进全球共同利益实现这一更大的社会责任迈进。这既是对建立负责任的全球社会这一时代需要的主动回应,也是对大学实施全球参与战略的现实反映。将促进地方与全球发展的社会责任纳入高等教育发展战略,以联合国可持续发展目标为努力方向,重构面向社会的高等教育国际化策略,是提升当代大学社会责任领导力的重要路径。

关键词: 全球化, 大学, 大学社会责任

Abstract:

In the new era of globalization, higher education has more complex and extensive connections with the contemporary world economy, society, and global environment. Based on serving the needs of local and national social development, contemporary universities are moving towards actively fulfilling the greater social responsibility of promoting global common interests. This is not only a proactive response to the needs of building a responsible global society, but also a realistic reflection of universities implementing global participation strategies. Incorporating the social responsibility of promoting local and global development into the higher education development strategy, taking the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals as the direction of efforts, and reconstructing the society-oriented inter-nationalization strategy of higher education, are important ways to enhance the social responsibility leadership of contemporary universities.
