圈层式协同育人:研究生课程思政新模式*

Circle-Layer Cooperative Education: A New Model of Ideological and Political Education of Graduate Courses

摘要:

当前,各高校对研究生课程思政建设已经展开了一系列理论和实践探索,并取得一定成效,但由于研究生课程思政的教师队伍“主力军”不优、课程建设“主战场”不强、课堂教学“主渠道”不畅,所以各要素之间多数处于分散无序、各自为战的“孤岛”状态,研究生课程思政整体建设水平不高、推广速度缓慢。将圈层结构理论和协同理论引入研究生课程思政建设,作为理论基础,提出构建圈层式研究生课程思政协同育人模式,包括构建圈层式研究生课程思政育人主体、圈层式研究生课程思政育人课程、圈层式研究生课程思政育人课堂,充分发挥以教学名师、示范课程、第一课堂为核心圈层的向外辐射带动作用,加快提升研究生课程思政的整体建设水平和推进速度。

Abstract:

At present, various colleges and universities have launched a series of theoretical and practical explorations on the ideological and political construction of graduate courses, and have achieved certain results. However, because the “main force” of ideological and political teachers in graduate courses is not the highly qualified, the “main battlefield” of curriculum construction is not strong enough, and the “main channel” of classroom teaching is not unimpeded, and most of the elements are in the state of “isolated island”, the overall level of ideological and political construction of graduate courses is not high, and the promotion speed is slow. This paper introduces the circle structure theory and synergy theory into the ideological and political education of graduate courses as the theoretical basis, and proposes to build the circle-layer cooperative education model in the ideological and political of graduate courses, including constructing the circle-layer educational subject of the ideological and political of graduate course, and constructing the circle-layer educational classrooms of the ideological and political of graduate course, so as to give full play to the radiating and driving role of the core circle of teaching masters, demonstration courses and the first class, and accelerate the overall construction level and speed of ideological and political development of graduate courses.
