Effective Training: An Important Way of Pedagogic Epistemology

摘要:

在教学中,训练是一个被污名化的概念,人们往往认为训练一定是机械的、僵化的,从而主张将训练剔除在教学之外。“训练是机械的、僵化的”这种说法,更多的是一种修辞化的描述,缺乏严谨的证明。事实上,训练可以帮助学生更好地理解知识,强化知识的记忆效果,促进学生对知识的迁移和应用。因此,知识的掌握是理解和训练相统一的过程。有效的训练是知识的理智运用过程。这一方面要求训练的量要适度,另一方面则需要训练的题目和方式要别出心裁,从而能够唤起学生理智参与的热情。

Abstract:

In teaching, training is commonly stigmatized.People usually believed that training is mechanical and rigid and should not be part of teaching. However, “rigid”, “mechanic” for training are more like negative rhetoric expressions for training rather than a correct description of strict argument.In fact, training could help students better understand and consolidate knowledge, and promote knowledge transfer and application. Therefore, the mastery of knowledge is a process in which understanding and training integrate with each other. Effective training is a process of the wise use of knowledge, which requires moderate training on one hand, and the forms and ways of training need to be ingenious, which can arouse students’ enthusiasm for rational participation on the other hand.
