高校思想政治教育立体化育人体系的建构^*

摘要：

建构高校思想政治教育的立体化育人体系不仅是社会发展和当代大学生个性品质成长的必然要求,也是彰显新时代中国特色社会主义高等教育育人优势的主要途径。立体化的育人体系将系统理论的整体性、关联性、结构性、平衡性和时序性等原则应用到高校思想政治教育工作中,通过丰富的育人资源、动态化的育人过程、多元性的评价机制、持久性的育人效果等来增强思想政治教育的针对性和亲和力,更好地塑造大学生的世界观、人生观和价值观。建构高校思想政治教育的立体化育人体系,要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,通过教学内容和实践方式等方面的立体化建设,在全员全过程全方位的育人过程中,努力提高思想政治教育的育人效果。

Abstract:

Constructing the three-dimensional ideological and political education system in universities is not only the inevitable requirement of social development and the personality growth of contemporary college students, but also the main way to manifest the advantages of socialist education with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The three-dimensional education system applies the integrity, relevance, hierarchical structure, dynamic balance, and timing principles of the system theory to the ideological and political education in universities. The pertinence and affinity of ideological and political education can be enhanced by rich education resources, dynamic education process, diversified evaluation mechanism, and lasting education effect, so as to better shape the college students’ outlook on world, life and values. The construction of the three-dimensional ideological and political education system in universities should be guided by Xi Jinping’s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the New Era, and through the three-dimensional construction of teaching content and practice methods, as well as in the “all staff, the whole process, all directions” process of educating people, efforts should be made to improve the ideological and political education effects.
