Orientation and Path of Higher Education Research in the New Era

摘要:

深化高等教育科学研究需要关注和发现重大现实问题,要增强问题意识,发现新问题,研究真问题。重视理论与实践结合,增强科研成果转化意识,在坚持问题导向的同时,应高度重视教育基本理论的指导、支撑和解释作用,重视研究方法的科学运用。在高等教育科学研究中,既要吸收借鉴西方发达国家的理论与经验,更要深刻认识和把握中国优秀教育理念,筑牢高等教育研究的历史文化基石。统筹学理研究与咨政建言的关系、学科建设与人才培养的关系、学派塑造与国际互鉴的关系,从整体上推进中国特色社会主义高等教育理论研究系统化。高等教育研究者应该更多地关注实践问题,研究高等教育的全局问题和趋势,以更广阔的研究视野、更多元的研究方法来呼应高等教育的实践。高等教育科学研究要为立德树人服务,为高等教育的改革与发展服务,为高层次专门人才的培养提供理性思维和行动依据。

Abstract:

In order to deepen scientific research in higher education, it is needed to pay attention to and discover major real-life problems, increase problem awareness, discover new problems, and study real problems. While attaching importance to the combination of theory and practice, enhancing the awareness of the transformation of scientific research results, and adhering to the problem-oriented approach, researchers should also value the guiding, supporting, and interpreting role of basic educational theories and the scientific application of research methods. In the practice of higher education, researchers should not only learn from the theories and experiences of developed countries in the West, but also have a deep understanding and grasping of China’s outstanding educational concepts, so as to build a historical and cultural foundation of higher education research. Besides, higher education research should make overall plans for the relationship between academic research and counseling advice, the relationship between discipline construction and talent training, and the relationship between school formation and international mutual learning, so as to promote the systematic study of socialist higher education with Chinese characteristics as a whole. In addition, higher education researchers should pay more attention to practical issues, study the overall problems and trends of higher education, and echo the practice of higher education with a broader research horizon and more diverse research methods. Finally, scientific research in higher education should serve morality education, serve the reform and development of higher education, and provide rational thinking and action basis for the cultivation of high-level specialized talents.
