摘要:

为探讨大一新生抑郁与家庭因素的关系,采用自编人口统计学问卷和贝克抑郁量表(BDI)对2788名大一新生进行调查。研究发现:大一新生抑郁状态总体检出率高,家庭经济情况和家庭风险因素对大一新生的抑郁状态等级有显著的回归效应。为此,要多渠道及时掌握新生家庭状况,纳入“一人一册”新生档案;依托高校新生引航工程,以家庭状况为抓手精心开展指导服务;利用心理健康必修课程的覆盖教育,普及新生形成对抑郁的正确认知;把握新生在大一学年的阶段性特点,学校各系统分工协作开展前瞻性服务;做好大中小幼心理健康教育普及的衔接,形成学校与家庭间的合力。

Abstract:

This study explored the relationship between freshmen’s depression and their family factors by surveying 2788 freshmen with self-compiled demographic questionnaire and Beck Depression Inventory (BDI). The results showed that the overall detection rate of depression in freshmen was high, and their family economic conditions and family risk factors have significant regression effects. Therefore, this study made the following recommendations. First, the family status of freshman students should be multi-channel timely mastered, and be included in the “one person, one book” freshman file. Second, relying on the freshmen piloting project of colleges and universities, the guidance service should be carefully carried out according to freshmen’s family status.Third, making college students’ mental health a compulsory course so as to popularize a correct understanding of depression among freshmen; Fourth, forward-looking services should be carried out by the collaborated work of different school systems according to the periodical characteristics of freshmen. And finally, a synergy between school and family needs to be formed and mental health education in university, primary and secondary school, and even kindergartens should be orderly popularized.
