教师教育综合化指数的内涵、构架及监测 *

On Teacher Education Integration Index’s Connotation,Framework and Monitoring

摘要:

教师教育综合化指数(TEi)是反映一所教师教育机构为社会提供优质教师培养服务的状况与能力的一个综合量数,由状态层、实力层与能力层构成,表达的是一所教师教育机构中教师教育事业所占的份额或比重、教师教育能力建设状况、一段时间内该机构中教师教育事业规模与品质的波动态势。对国内29所教师教育机构开展抽样研究,并对每所机构的教师教育综合化指数做量化统计分析,发现我国教师教育事业的主体仍旧是部属与省属师范大学,综合大学尚处在教师教育综合化的外围地带。面向未来,我国教师教育综合化政策应该突出三点:实施教师教育特惠政策,加大省属师范大学扶持力度,提振综合大学举办教师教育的热情。

Abstract:

Teacher Education Integration Index(TEi) is a comprehensive index that represents a teacher education organization’s status and capacity in providing excellent teacher training service for the society and is made up of three levels, that is, state level, potential level, and capacity level. TEi means the share of teacher education in a teacher education organization, construction status of teacher education capacity and trend of teacher education scale and quality provided by the organization in a period. According to the open web data, the team carried out the research of twenty nine sample teacher education organizations in our China and did a quantitative statistical analysis of TEi. The result indicates that the main body of teacher education organizations still are subordinate and provincial normal universities and comprehensive universities are at the edge of teacher education integration. In the future, the teacher education integration of our country should stress three points, which are implementing preferential policies for teacher education, intensifying supporting for provincial normal university and stimulating the enthusiasm of comprehensive universities in teacher education.
