摘要:

中文纳入海外国家国民教育体系是国际中文教育本土化、高质量发展的重要标志,东盟是中文纳入国民教育体系发展最好的区域之一,开展中文纳入东盟国家国民教育体系研究具有重要意义。中文纳入东盟国家国民教育体系的区域特征鲜明,不仅纳入比例高、纳入程度深,纳入层级也更高。根据影响中文纳入的政治、经济、教育和文化四维互动模型,东盟国家中文纳入发展的优势突出,为中文纳入更多国家国民教育体系提供了启示:一是加强政策沟通协调,助力中文平稳纳入;二是借力数字经济新引擎,赋能产业融合发展;三是发挥区域特色,推动“中文+”高质发展;四是增进理解互信,夯实中文纳入的民意基础。

Abstract:

Chinese integration into the national education system of overseas countries is an important symbol of the localization and high-quality development of international Chinese education. The ASEAN region is one of the regions with the best development of Chinese integration into the national education system,so it is of great significance to conduct research on the integration of Chinese language teaching in the national education system of ASEAN countries based on a regional research perspective. The regional characteristics of Chinese being included in the national education system of ASEAN countries are distinctive:not only the integration rate is higher,the degree of inclusion is deeper,but the integration level is also higher. According to the four-dimensional interactive mode of politics, economy, education, and culture that affect the integration of Chinese, the advantages of Chinese integration into ASEAN countries’ education are easily seen, providing useful and valuable suggestions for more other countries to integrate Chinese into their education system: to strengthen policy communication and coordination to facilitate the smooth integration of Chinese language; to leverage the new engine of the digital economy to empower the integrated industrial development; to take the advantage regional characteristics to promote high-quality “Chinese+” development; the enhance understanding and mutual trust, and consolidate the public opinion foundation of incorporating Chinese.
