摘要:

近年来,师范类专业认证已在全国师范院校蓬勃开展,在理论研究和实践探索上已取得重要成就,却鲜见关于师范类专业认证视域下师范生核心素养培育现状的研究。本研究围绕高师院校师范生核心素养培育的实践困囿,对全国12所高师院校师范生核心素养培养状况进行调查研究,发现高师院校师范生“践行师德”素养发展有待提升;“学会教学”素养发展不平衡;“学会育人”素养发展不足;“学会发展”素养水平较低。针对上述问题,本研究从强化师范生思想引领、健全“全过程”保障体制、完善“全员”协同育人机制、树立“全方位”发展意识等方面提出纾解之策,以期为中国式现代化全力打造高质量教师队伍提供借鉴。

Abstract:

In recent years,normal university professional certification has been carried out vigorously,and important achievements have been made in theoretical research and practical exploration,however,there are few studies on the cultivation of core literacy of normal students in the perspective of professional certification. In the light of the current situation of the cultivation of the core literacy of the normal students in normal universities,this paper makes an investigation and study on the cultivation of the core literacy of the normal students in 12 normal universities in China,it is found that the development of “practicing teacher’s ethics” is weak,the development of “learning to teach”is unbalanced,the development of“learning to educate”is insufficient,and the level of“learning to develop”is low. In view of the above problems, this study puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening the ideological guidance of normal students, improving the “whole process” guarantee system, improving the “all-staff” collaborative education mechanism, and establishing the “all-round” development awareness, in order to provide a Chinese-style Modernization strives to build a high-quality teacher team to provide reference.
