大学卓越教师教学学术核心能力的圈层结构及其特征*

摘要:

探索大学教师的教学学术核心能力结构及要素是推动大学教师专业发展、提升本科教学质量的迫切需求。大学卓越教师的教学学术能力整体呈现为圈层性结构,包含核心层、中间层和边缘层等三个圈层,涵盖价值、情感、知识、方法、人际和技术等六个层级,每一层级由不同的能力要素构成,并发挥着不同的价值和功能。相对于已有研究,教学学术能力圈层结构区分了不同能力的结构性作用,兼顾了层次性和具体性,突出了价值、人际以及技术层次能力的独特价值,深化了人们对教学学术能力结构的内部性认知,凸显了文化性特征和时代性元素。

Abstract:

Exploring the structure and elements of university teachers' core academic ability is an urgent need to promote the professional development of university teachers and improve the quality of undergraduate teaching.The teaching and academic ability of outstanding university teachers are presented as a circle-layer structure as a whole, including three circle layers: core layer, middle layer, and edge layer, covering six levels of value, emotion, knowledge, method, interpersonal and technology, each level It is composed of different ability elements and exerts different values and functions.Compared with existing research, the circle structure of teaching and academic ability distinguishes the structural role of different abilities, takes into account the level and specificity, highlights the unique value of value, interpersonal and technical ability, and deepens people's internal cognition of the structure of teaching academic ability, andpresents cultural characteristics and contemporary elements.
