摘要:

高等教育的发展历经精英化、大众化和普及化三个阶段,不同阶段的人才培养有着不同的理念和模式。中国高等教育已经迈入普及化阶段,亟须明确发展理念和创新培养模式,在招生规模持续扩大的同时保障教学质量,守护大学理想。为应对主体多元化、管理市场化以及学习个性化的挑战,普及化阶段的中国大学应深入思考如何对新时代的人才进行人格塑造、素养提升和身份建构,创新育人体系、课程设计和教学方法。

关键词: 高等教育, 大众化, 普及化, 人才培养模式

Abstract:

The higher education develops in three stages of elitism, massification and popularization, which holds different ideas and patterns to cultivate talents in different stages. Chinese higher education has reached the stage of popularization, and it is urgent to clarify the concept of development and innovative training pattern, and to ensure the teaching quality and keep the college ideal while the enrollment scale expands continuously. In order to meet the challenges of diversification of the subject, the marketization of management and the individualization of learning, Chinese universities which are in the popularization stage should take a deep consideration on how to shape the personality, improve the quality and construct the identity in new era, as well as the ways to innovate the education system, curriculum design and the teaching method.
