基于胜任力模型的中小学生音乐核心素质研究*

摘要:

为了界定中小学生应具备的音乐核心素质,首次引入了在其他领域得到广泛应用的胜任力素质模型技术,尝试编制了中小学生音乐核心素质词典,采用行为事件访谈方法建立了中小学生音乐核心素质模型。该模型中,抽离出学生的音乐审美感、音乐创造力、音乐感知力、音乐鉴赏力、音乐伦理感、音乐迁移力六个基本组成部分。结合学生音乐核心素质各组成部分的要求,提出了中小学音乐教育改革的对策与建议。

Abstract:

In order to define the music key competencies that primary and secondary school students should possess, the competency model technology widely used in other fields was introduced for the first time. The music key competency dictionary of primary and middle school students was compiled. The behavioral event interview method was used to establish the music key competency model of primary and middle school students. In this model, there are six components: aesthetic sense of music, musical creativity ability, musical perception ability, musical appreciation ability, musical ethics sense and musical transfer ability. According to the requirements of the music key competency, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the reform of music education in primary and middle schools.
