中国四省市学校科学表现、影响因素及启示——基于PISA2015中国四省市数据

摘要:

中国四省市(北京、上海、广东和江苏)共抽取到268所学校参加PISA2015测试。本研究按照学校平均科学成绩的表现将268所学校四等分,分为四个层级,结合PISA2015学校问卷数据开展综合分析,揭示学校资源分配、学校管理和教学组织、校园环境和学习氛围等方面因素对各层级学校科学成绩表现的影响,试图重点找出我国在科学学科上取得优异成绩的学校成功的特征及其原因,以及发现表现不佳学校的不足之处,从而相互借鉴和启示。最后,为改进学校教育教学,促进我国学校治理水平进步,提升教育质量和学校绩效提出相关政策建议。

Abstract:

A total of 268 schools from the four provinces of China (Beijing, Shanghai, guangdong and jiangsu) were selected to participate in PISA2015 test. They were divided into four grades according to their average performance in science. Combining with PISA2015 school questionnaire data to carry out comprehensive analysis, the paper reveals the influence of school allocation of resources, school management and teaching organization, the campus environment and learning climate, etc factors on the school science performance, and tries to find out school’s success characteristics and the reasons, and the deficiency of underperforming schools, so as to learn from each other and enlightenment. Finally, in order to improve the education teaching in schools, promote the progress of school governance, and improve the quality of education and school performance, relevant policy recommendations were put forward.
